March 12, 2015 – A Raytheon 390 Premier I jet suffered a runway excursion upon landing at Blackpool Airport (BLK), U.K. The nose gear collapsed as the aircraft traveled over the grass.

March 1, 2015 – The aircraft experienced a runway overrun and subsequent nose gear collapse upon landing at the Marco Island Airport (KMKY), on Marco Island, Florida. The airplane sustained unreported damage and one possible injury was reported among the nine occupants on board.
