2008 Challenger 605, N605MM, is now available for charter out of KTEB Teterboro, NJ and operated by Meridian Air Charter. The 9-passenger Challenger just received a complete interior refurbishment and new paint, offering passengers a ‘like-new’ aircraft experience. The cabin features the latest technology: Iridium satellite phone, Gogo Biz® high-speed Wi-Fi, bulkhead video monitors with Airshow® (3D moving maps), and a dual multi-media player.
Dennis O’Connell, President of Meridian Air Charter, says, “We are thrilled about adding this Challenger 605 to our charter fleet. When you are inside the cabin, you feel like you are in a brand new plane that has just rolled off the assembly line.”
The Challenger 605 is the successor of the model 604 and has numerous improvements. The cabin was enlarged with space-efficient interior wall panels to increase usable head-room and width for passengers. Even cabin windows were enlarged to allow 30% more light than previous Challenger 600 models. In the cockpit, avionics include an impressive Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 with four large flat-panel displays.
N605MM joins Meridian’s charter fleet numbering 22 now, from midsize through ultra long range jets such as Bombardier’s Global 5000 and the Gulfstream 550, based in the New York area, New Hampshire and Maine. Meridian’s entire fleet is available in FlightList PRO.
